Traditional Japanese martial arts are attracting a great deal of attention around the world. Among them, the spirituality of karate (KARATE) attracts many people, and it is said that there are approximately 130 million enthusiasts around the world. An event where karate fans from all over the world can fully experience the charm of karate will be held in Kyoto in the winter of January. As part of martial arts tourism, the All Japan Karate Federation will hold a karate exhibition for the first time. Through various kata demonstrations, people from Japan and abroad and a wide range of generations will be able to enjoy the greatness of karate. We offer a special opportunity to feel close to Japanese martial arts at the historic Butokuden Hall, which is designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan.
In addition, we offer a wide range of options, such as a "Special Experience" or "Pair Accommodation (with hire car)" depending on your preferences and budget. The "Special Experience" plan includes a karate training experience at the dojo.
Those who participate in the two-day tour from January 23rd to January 24th will have the opportunity to perform in the Rising Sun Karate Spectacle, and those who participate on January 25th will have the opportunity to attend a workshop taught by an Olympic gold medalist.
